Sumatera Food Promo
Again and agaaaain! Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya celebrate this May by serving thematic foods titled Sumatera Food Promo. There are some Sumateran Foods served such as balado terung ungu, soto padang, and rendang originally from West Sumatera, also briyani rice from Aceh, etc. What about the taste? It's actually hard to describe but in short I can say the taste is soooo Indonesia! So, bon apetit!
