Celebration at Chinatown

We went to Chinatown to see and support Tasikmalaya products worn by UPI students who are showing their performance at Closing Night of Chingay Parade. Folk songs such as Yamko Rambe and Manuk Dadali were sung nicely by the students. Witnessed by Singaporeans and many tourist from various countries, angklung was able to amaze the audiences. The costumes ranging from clothing batik, iket head, beuatiful wooden sandal (kelom geulis) and traumpah which are originally from Tasikmalaya City also become the main attraction. So proud being Sundanese people =)
